Commemoration event honoring victims of the Armenian Genocide held in Bratislava

On April 24, a commemortaion event dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide was held in Bratislava.

At the khachkar memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, the Patriarchal Delegate of the Armenian Apostolic Church for Central Europe and Scandinavia, Bishop Tiran Petrosyan, performed a commemoration ceremony for the canonized martyrs.

H.E. Armen Papikyan, Ambassador of Armenia to Slovakia, Mr. Marián Kéry, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Council of Slovakia, delivered a speeches.

The event was attended by Honorary Consul of Armenia in Bratislava Bagrat Hakobyan, members of the Slovak Parliament, ambassadors accredited to Slovakia and high-ranking diplomats, representatives of the Armenian community.
