Shaheen Tours the Dover Cottages Innovative, Energy-Efficient Affordable Housing Project

"Addressing New Hampshire's affordable housing crisis requires all of us working together-federal, state and local officials-to come up with innovative solutions to this complicated problem," said Senator Shaheen.
