On 5 August 2022, the Executive Director of CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat, Dr. Mohd Kushairi Mohd Rajuddin visited the Philippine Consulate General in Manado to pay respect and sign the condolences book for the passing of the former 12th President of the Philippines, Fidel Valdez Ramos last 31 July 2022.

Dr. Kushairi was received by Consul General Angelica C. Escalona and Border Crossing Officer, CPO Christopher A. Dazal, PN.

The Regional Secretariat extends its deepest sympathy and condolences to our Member Country, the Philippines, and pray for the eternal peace for the soul of the former President Ramos.
