Since the deployment of the multi-specialty mobile hospital, military medics of the Eastern Military District have been providing assistance in the fight against coronavirus infection to the population of the Transbaikal territory.
Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Transbaikal territory, former chief surgeon of the health committee of the Chita region, Alexey Saklakov visited and congratulated the military doctors of the mobile hospital in Chita on the upcoming day of the medical worker.
'In the difficult conditions the military doctors perform their tasks. They help residents of the Transbaikal territory to overcome the coronavirus pandemic. I would like to say a special word of congratulations on the upcoming medical worker's day to all medical workers in Russia and in particular to wish health to doctors fighting coronavirus infection, ' said Alexey Saklakov, a member of the legislative assembly of the Transbaikal territory.
Multi-specialty mobile hospital in Chita continues to work to counteract coronavirus infection.
'At the moment, there are 30 patients in the hospital, 7 of them are preparing for discharge. Over the past night, there were no receipts, all activities in the hospital are carried out in normal mode' - explained the head of the mobile multi-specialty hospital, Lieutenant Colonel of medical service Nam Vitaly.
In accordance with the instructions of the Supreme commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and on behalf of the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation General of the Army Sergei Shoigu multidisciplinary field mobile hospital with 100 beds was promptly thrown from Buryatia, Transbaikal territory, where it commenced work on 7 June 2020.
