At the site of the IMTF ARMY 2021 in Chita, military personnel of the Eastern MD will demonstrate Uran-6 robotic demining complex

As part of the international military-technical forum Army-2021 in the Transbaikal territory, on the main site of a large-scale event in the Victory park of the city of Chita, military personnel of the combined arms army of the Eastern Military District (EMD) will demonstrate samples of robotic equipment.

Thus, the spectators will be shown a robotic demining complex Uran-6.

The complex weighs about 6 tons and is intended for demining urbanized areas of the terrain, as well as mountainous and small-wooded areas. Uran-6 is a tracked self-propelled radio-controlled mine sweep.

The operator can control the complex at a distance of up to 800 meters (the device has 4 video cameras that provide an all-round view). The robotic sapper complex Uran-6 is able to destroy any explosive object. Uran-6 find ammunition on the ground and neutralize either by destroying them physically or by activating them.

The event will take place from August 26-28 in the regional centre, Borzya town and Drovyanaya village. In total, more than 100 samples of weapons will be presented at the thematic sites of the military-technical forum.
