Clifford Chance advises Koole on its agreement with InfraVia and Coloured Finches to acquire Alkion Terminals

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised its long standing client Koole Terminals ("Koole") on its agreement with InfraVia and Coloured Finches to acquire Alkion Terminals ("Alkion").

With eleven strategically located terminals in Europe, Koole reflects the diversity of its customers' needs.

Alkion is a leading bulk liquid storage operator and consolidation platform in Western Europe focusing on chemicals and biofuels. It operates nine terminals in five major European economies: France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. The cross-border Clifford Chance team was led out of Amsterdam by Pieter Leefers, supported by Han Teerink and Gregory Crookes (Corporate).
