Karl Searl Named President of Pitco Frialator

In this role, Karl will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and the day-to-day operations of the three fryer brands. He will direct and oversee manufacturing, sales and marketing, engineering and accounting activities.

During that transition, his team continued to launch new products, expanding our fryer offerings to meet customer needs. Prior to being promoted to President, Karl was General Manager of Pitco Frialator. Before being named GM in 2019 he was Vice President of Engineering, working with Middleby customers on their solutions. Before joining Middleby in 2017, Karl was with Laird Technologies. At Laird, Karl served in many leadership roles, the most recent being the Director of Global Engineering, overseeing the research and development of wireless RF solutions at their global sites in the U.S. and southeast Asia.
