Berkshire Bank Grows Private Banking Team with New Hires Sullivan and Esteves
Berkshire Private Banking Continues to Expand Reach and Services in the New Haven & Southern Connecticut Markets


New Haven, CT- December 1, 2021 -- Berkshire Bank, a socially responsible community-dedicated bank with locations in New England and New York, is excited to announce the addition of two private bankers to its Private Banking Team.

Michelle Sullivan and Lisa Esteves joined Berkshire Bank's growing Private Banking Team of experienced private banking professionals to further support its ongoing commitment to clients and provide additional private banking relationship management to clients.

"Both Michelle and Lisa bring extensive experience working with private banking clients in the New Haven, Connecticut market and will support our ongoing commitment to delivering a full array of products and superior service to clients."

Michelle Sullivan joins Berkshire Private Banking as a Senior Vice President. She has over 33 years of experience in the banking industry with 10 of them in private banking providing financial advice and guidance to clients. Sullivan will grow the New Haven and Southern Connecticut markets and will develop solutions for full relationship high net worth clients.

Prior to joining the Berkshire Bank team, Sullivan worked for Savings Bank of Danbury as VP, Commercial Lending and as a Private Banker at TD Bank covering the New Haven market.

Michelle is a graduate of The Connecticut School of Finance Management and is active in the New Haven Chamber.

Lisa Esteves has been a Private Banking Officer with Berkshire Bank for the last two years. Esteves came to Berkshire Bank with more than 14 years of banking experience, over 10 of which were spent managing branches and working in areas of compliance. Lisa will provide support to Michelle Sullivan and assist clients in the New Haven market.

Esteves started her banking career at TD Bank. Prior to joining Berkshire Bank, she served as a Branch Operations Coordinator for a credit union in Hartford, CT where she oversaw the daily operations of branches and a BSA program. Esteves earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT.
