MABRUK OIL OPERATIONS (MOO) invites only companies which are specialized in Provision, Installation, Operation, and Maintenance of EPF, with Pig Launcher/ Receiver, Export Metering Skid, and Power Generators & Electric Control Panels to submit their complete prequalification documents, for evaluation and preparation of bidders list as MOO intends to issue a Call For Tender accordingly at Mabruk Oil Field as per the following:

Field location:

Mabruk Field (C17) Sirt oil basin, is an Onshore field located about 140 kilometers to the southeast of ESSIDRA Terminal

Project Overview:

For Provision, Installation, Operation, and Maintenance of EPF, with Pig Launcher/ Receiver, Export Metering Skid, and Power Generators & Electric Control Panels for the dedicated oil wells at MABRUK field.

Scope of project:

The scope of work includes but is not limited to Provision, installation, operation, and maintenance of EPF, Pig launcher/ receiver and Export Metering skid. In addition to provide Power Generators and Electric Control Panels for the 22 dedicated oil wells at MABRUK field.

The selected PARTICIPANT will be responsible for the performance of such Operations & Maintenance services comprising the following activities:

- EPF Operation Services.

- General Maintenance Services including (Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical,. etc..).

- Fabrication services including the equipment of necessary tools.

- To provide Laboratory with necessary equipment.

Excluded from the services are the site preparations and civil works for facilities, which the company undertakes through its own designated contractor.

The services will include the preparation and the scheduling of the above-mentioned activities in close relation with the COMPANY Representative.

Qualification Requirements:

Interested companies for the above indicated tender must satisfy the requirements stated on the prequalification questionnaire and submit the required information. (Please complete required details of prequalification forms / questionnaires, maintaining same sequential arrangement within the questionnaire).

Important note:

The prequalification request is not an invitation to tender.

Only qualified companies that meet the pre-qualification criteria, which shall be determined at MOO sole discretion, will be included in the bidders list. MOO reserves the right to reject any and/or all contractors in its absolute discretion. Such act, made by MOO, shall be final and shall not be contested or opposed by the participants.

Furthermore, this prequalification invitation implies neither commitment nor obligation, implied or otherwise, for MOO to issue a tender or enter into a contract.

The cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the documents, visits and any other costs of whatsoever nature incurred by any company in connection with the preparation and submission of its prequalification documents, shall be borne by itself.

MOO will not be responsible for any cost incurred for preparation and submission presented in response of this announcement.

Participation:

This announcement will remain posted on the NOC & MOO websites until, 06/01/2022. The last date to receive the prequalification documents is 13/01/2021. Accordingly, all interested companies should submit the required prequalification information (prequalification questionnaire) no later than this date. Any materials submitted after this date will be disregarded.

The Prequalification questionnaire forms will be made available for the interested companies only by email upon formal request which should clearly indicate the name of the company, address, and phone number, personnel to contact, an email address and stating clearly his intension of interest to participate.

The request of prequalification questionnaire by interested contractors should be sent, both, by fax and email strictly to the following address:
