Slaughter and May advises Citi on the HK$3.2 billion placing of A-Living shares
Slaughter and May, Hong Kong, advised Citigroup Global Markets Limited, as the placing agent, in relation to the placing of 86,666,800 H shares in A-Living Smart City Services Co., Ltd. (A-Living). The net proceeds from the placing were approximately HK$3.2 billion, and the placing was completed on 4 June 2021.
A-Living is one of Hong Kong's first listed property management companies and operates in over 27 cities and regions across China. A-Living expects to apply the net proceeds from the placing for the replenishment of working capital and general corporate purposes.
