Bridge inspection of the Big Piney River Bridge

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - One lane of eastbound Interstate 44, east of St. Robert, will close Thursday at the Big Piney River Bridge. Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to close the eastbound driving (right) lane of I-44 near mile marker 165.6 in order to safely conduct a routine bridge inspection. The lane closure is expected to be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, April 25. Motorists may experience delays.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
