Morrison & Foerster Shortlisted for Three Innovation Awards by the Financial Times
We are pleased to announce that the Financial Times has shortlisted Morrison & Foerster in three categories in its 2021 North America Innovative Lawyers Report. Financial Times winners will be announced at the virtual awards ceremony on December 9, 2021.
Morrison & Foerster was recognized in the following categories:
- Innovation in People and Skills: Morrison & Forester's Litigation Department, led by Global Co-Chairs Bradley D. Wine and Tiffany Cheung, partnered with Figure 8 Thinking to develop a design-thinking toolkit
- Innovation in Rescue and Recovery: Morrison & Foerster's pro bono team, led by Suz Mac Cormac, chair of the Energy and Social Enterprise and Impact Investing practices, spearheaded the launch of the California Rebuilding Fund
- Innovation in Transformational Deals: Morrison & Foerster's Technology Transactions group, including firmwide Managing Partner, Tessa J. Schwartz, advised on the IP, privacy and regulatory aspects of Salesforce's $27 billion acquisition of Slack
