CPD Appointed for Columbia Judicial Circuit

GPDC is proud to announce that Mr. Mack Taylor has been selected to serve as the Circuit Public Defender for the Columbia Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Taylor is a thoroughly skilled attorney, earning his J.D. from Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law in 2005 and his bachelor's from Augusta State University. He has served as an assistant solicitor general, an assistant district attorney, an assistant public defender, an appellate attorney, an attorney for parents in DFCS proceedings, and a private practitioner. He possesses the extensive legal experience, administrative background, and deep knowledge of the Columbia Circuit necessary to excel in this new role.

GPDC looks forward to all that Mr. Taylor will accomplish on behalf of the Columbia Circuit and its indigent defendants during his four-year term. Please join us in congratulating him on his appointment and welcoming him to GPDC.
