Meadville, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will hold a virtual public hearing Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 6:00 PM to accept feedback on the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit application submitted by Tri-County Landfill, Inc. for the proposed re-opening of the existing closed municipal waste landfill called Tri-County Landfill in Liberty and Pine townships, Mercer County.

Video demonstrations and screen sharing by witnesses will not be permitted. Testimony will be limited to three minutes and will be placed into the public record for the application and considered in the application review process.
