Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 26, 2021, Marisa Iasenza, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Edgewell Personal Care Company (the "Company"), gave notice to the Company of her resignation, effective December 31, 2021. There are no disagreements between the Company and Ms. Iasenza on any matters relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices that led to her decision to depart the Company.
