(the "Company") announced that the date for its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "2024 Annual Meeting") has been established as June 14, 2024 and will be held via virtual format. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2024 Annual Meeting is April 17, 2024.
