City Hall Project Timeline

The Westerville City Hall project is advancing, most recently through Uptown Review Board and making its way to Planning Commission in May. The project is viewed as a once-in-a-generation opportunity since the last major investment in the municipal facility was in 1987. It is central to the City's ongoing work in maintaining an alive and vibrant Uptown, with more opportunities at the site for events, gatherings and centralized customer service.

Construction could begin later this year (see the following *timeline), and is expected to take 18-24 months. Permits, utility bill and tax payments and other services will continue at 64 E. Walnut St.
