Ralph Sergiovanni Joins Long & Foster’s Denton, Maryland Office

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Ralph Sergiovanni to its Denton office in Denton, Maryland. Sergiovanni will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Sergiovanni is participating in Long & Foster's Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program's curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Sergiovanni holds membership in the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors.

Sergiovanni graduated from the University of Colorado in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in geography as well as a minor study in physics. Upon completion of his degree, he pursued a career in the Turfgrass industry, where he spent nearly 10 years working his way up the ranks at high end golf resorts including The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs and Kingsmill Resort in Virginia. Shortly after becoming the superintendent at the member-owned Woods Course at Kingsmill Resort, Sergiovanni was given the opportunity to work for Rain Bird Corporation as a sales specialist bidding for large scale irrigation renovations at some of the most exclusive clubs in Maryland. He lives in Denton with his wife Julie along with their two cats Zoe and Zeus. In their free time, they enjoy travelling to new destinations and many outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, golfing, kayaking, biking and especially going to the beach.
