Sidley Represents Vegamour in Equity Investment by General Atlantic
Sidley represented Vegamour in connection with an US$80 million equity investment by General Atlantic. Vegamour is a premium, direct-to-consumer, clean hair wellness brand and will use the new funds to further its organic e-commerce growth, launch additional products, and expand into new channels and geographies.
