The Hawaii State AFL-CIO, Labor Community Services Program invites our SAG-AFTRA Hawaii Local members to a two-part Mental Wellness series presented by the Department of Health on Sept. 23 and Sept. 30 from 10-11 a.m.

These are unprecedented and stressful times that sometimes make it hard to manage your mind. How you cope and manage your emotions and stress can affect your well-being, the well-being of the people you care about, your workplace, and your community. It is critical to foster good mental health strategies and take steps to build your resilience and manage stress.
