On March 2, 2021, at 10:30 PM, Troopers of the Traffic Safety Unit arrested, Nilton Vas, age 40, of 19 Lilac Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - .10 to .15 - First Offense (Phase I .125 and Phase II .123). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Sacred Heart Avenue in the City of Central Falls. The subject was transported back to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
