Sniper Frontier preliminaries kicks off in Novosibirsk

The best snipers of the special forces unit of the Central Military District (CMD) have started qualifying competitions for the first stage of the Sniper Frontier sniper pair competition in the Novosibirsk Region.

During the competition, military personnel will have to show their skills in shooting at stationary and moving targets at distances from 100 to 1,200 meters, as well as perform various exercises included in the competition program. In addition, snipers will demonstrate their skills in camouflage on the ground and equipping positions for firing, demonstrate their skills in determining the distance to the target and classifying it by importance, and will also pass an obstacle course more than a kilometer long.

The most well-trained servicemen will take part in the distcit stages of competition and represent Central MD at all-army competition.
