'ASIA PACIFIC SECURITIES' LLC'S SPECIAL LICENSE TO ENGAGE IN BROKER AND DEALER ACTIVITIES HAS BEEN VOID

In accordance with 6.1.3, 6.2.2 of Article 6 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission by Resolution No. 495 of the FRC dated September 21, 2022, 30.1.2, 30.1.3 of Article 30 of the Securities Market Law, 10.1.5 of Article 10 of the Law on Special Licenses for Business Activities, Resolution No. 495 of the FRC dated September 21, 2022 based on the 2nd clause of Resolution No. 302 dated 2022, the special license of "Asia Pacific Securities" LLC to operate as a broker and dealer in the securities market has been revoked.

In connection with the cancellation of the license, the relevant changes were made in the registration of the FRC and the public, the relevant tax authorities, and the General Register Office will be notified within 10 working days.
