Speaking at the AK Party Bingöl Provincial Congress, President Erdoğan said, 'Today, a Turkey exists which acts as a playmaker and foils the schemes instead of being a pawn in the regional and global scenarios. At this point, no initiative has the chance to be successful without the approval and consent of Turkey.'
President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended and delivered a speech at the AK Party Bingöl Provincial Congress.
'OUR NATION DID NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY COMPROMISE ITS INDEPENDENCE ON JULY 15'
Drawing attention to the fact that neither the treacherous members of FETO nor those who set a herd of murderers upon our nation have been able to make any progress despite all the power that they retain, President Erdoğan indicated that the nation did not even slightly compromise its independence despite the weapons, tanks and aircrafts spewing death on the night of July 15.
'A TURKEY EXISTS WHICH INSPIRES ITS REGION WITH ITS STRONG DEMOCRACY'
'With the inspiration we gain from Bingöl, with the strength you give us, we stand tall in the face of the oppressors and we protect all the oppressed and the victims from Palestine to Rakhine, from Yemen to Afghanistan,' said President Erdoğan and indicated that they protected Al-Quds and mobilized every means available to protect the holy lands and to bring peace and stability.
Underlining that everybody acknowledges the rising position of Turkey in international relations, economy, trade and diplomacy, President Erdoğan said, 'Today, a country exists in Anatolia, a country which inspires its region with its strong democracy, a country which embraces all the oppressed regardless of their religion, language, ethnicity. Today a Turkey exists which acts as a playmaker and foils the schemes instead of being a pawn in the regional and global scenarios.'
Indicating that at this point, no initiative has the chance to be successful without the approval and consent of Turkey, President Erdoğan emphasized that each and every step taken without paying regard to the sensitivities of Turkey is bound to fail sooner or later. Underlining that Turkey shall continue to be active both at the negotiation table and on the ground concerning the issues of national security, President Erdoğan made the following remarks: 'With our security forces, we shall continue to take the wind out of the sails of all evil organizations targeting our unity, peace, independence and future as we have always done. We shall especially make all the terrorists, including the FETO-member and separatist dastards, pay the price for spilling the blood of our citizens.'
'WE TERMINATED THE SUPPRESSION AND MARGINALIZATION OF BELIEFS'
President Erdoğan stated that as they fight against terrorist organizations and centres of tutelage, they continued to provide services to the citizens, reinforced fraternity, unity and solidarity, made progress in economy and have not neglected democracy, cultural rights and freedoms. The President said, 'We read the language of keyboards really well, we terminated the suppression and marginalization of beliefs and nameplates.'
Indicating that in a period of time in which the Western world is tumbling into racism and fascism, Turkey constitutes an example for many countries in terms of law, justice, social peace and freedoms, President Erdoğan made the following concluding remarks, 'We all see how those who haughtily lecture us on democracy at any opportunity treat and belittle the migrants, foreigners, people of colour, people with different beliefs and languages and we know them well.'
