11:26pm the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #246, Jennifer Ann Abruzzo, of New York, to be General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board.
Confirmed: 50-50, with the Vice President voting in the affirmative.
