Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Delek US Holdings, Inc. regrets to report that on October 6, 2021, Louis LaBella, Delek's EVP and President of Refining, passed away following a brief illness. Delek is grateful for Mr. LaBella's dedication and leadership throughout his 10 years of service since our acquisition of Lion Oil Company and extends our deepest sympathies to his family. "Delek is a stronger company today because of the many professional and personal contributions Louis made on a daily basis" said Uzi Yemin, Delek's Chairman, President and CEO.
Nithia Thaver, Delek's Senior Vice President, Refining, has assumed Mr. LaBella's responsibilities.
