Dieppe to offer new sledge hockey program

DIEPPE, NB - Starting November 13, you can give sledge hockey a try in Dieppe thanks to the Government of New Brunswick and the Government of Canada (Sport Canada) via the Go NB grant.

The program is open to youth 16 years of age or older with a physical disability in a lower limb, as well as any adult who wishes to try the sport.

The sessions will be held on the following Saturdays, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.:

• November 13
• November 20
• December 4
• December 18
• January 8
• January 15
• January 22
• February 5
• February 12
• February 19
• March 5

The city is also looking for volunteers to help ensure the activity runs smoothly on and off the ice.
