Weil Shortlisted for Private Equity Legal Adviser of the Year Award at Mergermarket China M&A Awards 2021

Weil has been shortlisted for Private Equity Legal Adviser of the Year at Mergermarket China M&A Awards 2021. We are one of the three international firms selected to be the finalists of this top award, highlighting Weil's marketing-leading position and accomplishments in private equity dealmaking in Greater China. Weil was also shortlisted in the Financial Services M&A Legal Adviser of the Year category.

Mergermarket China M&A Awards honor the best legal and financial advisors in the region for creative advisory work on complex transactions. This pre-eminent award undergoes a rigorous judging process which includes an analysis of Mergermarket's league tables where only the top firms by volume and by value make the cut. The finalists will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges who looks for consistent value-adding, innovative advisory work on complex or landmark transactions. An honor from Mergermarket is a true recognition of an outstanding year.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on November 3, 2021.
