Greenbrier Celebrates Independence Day 2022

One great example of someone who served our country and then brought these lessons to work is Greenbrier employee, Robert Brady. Robert is currently working at Greenbrier Marmaduke in Arkansas but had previously spent his time as a Submarine Electronics Technician aboard the USS Dallas (SSN 700).

When asked about the skills the Navy instilled him with, Brady responded:

"I embodied the Navy core values of HONOR, COURAGE and COMMITMENT and having these instilled in me has improved my ability to excel at Greenbrier. While aboard the USS Dallas, I learned the 3M system (material, maintenance, and management). Knowledge of this system has helped me to be more effective in my new superintendent role for Greenbrier. Most importantly, self-discipline!"

Greenbrier is fortunate to have Robert and people like him on our team. We thank all our service members for their dedication to our country and to Greenbrier. Typical of his characteristic humility, Robert shared his thanks with us.

"Thank you! I am proud to be able to contribute to what we do at Greenbrier. I believe that our production of tank cars does, in fact, make America stronger as a nation. For this reason, I gladly dedicate my efforts to making our company the best it can be. Go USA!"
