Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of May 20, 2024

1️⃣*NEW* 3rd Street in Romoland - Road Improvements
Road improvements will be performed on 3rd Street, from Highway 74 to Antelope Road. The road will remain closed for the duration of the project which is scheduled to be completed by mid-August.

2️⃣*Completed* Holland Road and Briggs Road - KB Homes Potholing on Intersection
KB Homes has completed potholing at the intersection of Holland Road and Briggs Road. Lanes are now open in all directions.

3️⃣Lindenberger Road Eastbound of Newport Road - SoCal Gas Company and Pulte
Southern California Gas Company and Pulte continue to work on relocating utility lines for Banner Park South. Lanes will be reduced during work hours. Motorists should expect delays in the area from now through mid-June.

4️⃣Antelope Road between McLaughlin Road and Ethanac Road - Nova Battery Street Improvements
Nova Battery continues to work on street improvements. Antelope Road will be closed between McLaughlin Road and Ethanac Road for street improvements until the end of May. A detour will be placed for motorists.

5️⃣Bradley Road - Richmond American Underground Utilities
Richmond American will close one lane on Bradley Road beginning Monday, May 20, for work on underground utilities. Flaggers will be present.
