Susan Lubow Comments on Proposed Plan to Require Basic Retirement Benefits

Partner Susan Lubow is quoted in an article published on Sept. 23, 2021, by Bloomberg Tax. The article "Who Wins, Who Loses With Auto Retirement Savings Plan Proposal" reports on proposed legislation that would require most businesses to offer their workers basic retirement benefits.

"American retirement savings are woefully inadequate," Lubow said. "Maybe this goes too far, or maybe it doesn't go far enough, but, ultimately, I think it's a good place to start." She also noted that such a plan would mean huge changes for millions of U.S. businesses.
