Details

This is the first release of a new quarterly publication of management information (MI) on Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) starts.

These MI tables are drawn from a clerical tracker which was introduced to jobcentres on 8 February 2021 to provide enhanced MI for SWAPs. Due to data limitations, we are unable to track participants that took part in SWAPs before the start of the 2021 to 2022 financial year. SWAP starts have therefore been counted from 1 April 2021.

The management information is a view of what is recorded on the clerical tracker and has not been quality assured and processed to the standards required to be official statistics.

See the 'Notes' tab in the data tables for more information about the data.
