National Public Service Recognition Week

May 5-11 is National Public Service Recognition Week-a week recognizing federal, state, county, and city employees across the nation. Here in League City, our staff members, in one way or another, have a direct impact on our daily lives. From the first responders who work around the clock to keep our City safe to our Public Works Department which ensures city services such as water, wastewater, and trash collection are never interrupted-these men and women are committed to our community and the delivery of excellent customer service.

This week, with the help of our Human Resources Department, we celebrated League City staff with a variety of activities-many of them food-related- to show our appreciation for the work they do day in and day out.
