JLL names head of solutions development for work dynamics

CHICAGO, April 17, 2024 - JLL announced today that it has promoted Jessica Pernicone to Global Head of Solutions Development for its Work Dynamics business. Effective immediately, Pernicone now leads the team that delivers customized solutions to occupier clients, shaping the future of real estate for a better world.

An integral part of Work Dynamics since joining JLL in 2013, Pernicone specializes in delivering technology-enabled solutions and innovative experiences that allow organizations across sectors like life sciences, financial services, manufacturing and technology to successfully manage their real estate portfolios.

Prior to joining JLL, Pernicone was a Vice President with DTZ in their Global Corporate Services group and previously Senior Director of Customer Solutions for EMCOR Facilities Services and UMS Facilities Consulting, now Trascent Advisory. She is active in CoreNet Global and recently served on the Executive Committee of their Global Board of Directors.
