Trick-or-Treat Throughout the Police Department!
On Thursday, October 31st, 2019, the Bakersfield Police Department will be hosting our 2nd Annual Hal'LAW'een. The event will take place at police headquarters at 1601 Truxtun Avenue from 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM. The event is free to attend. Children under the age of 12, in costumes, will be escorted around the police building for trick or treating from various police personnel, as well as visit police vehicles in the parking lot. Groups will be escorted every 10-15 minutes through the building.
Parents and caregivers are welcome to come; however, for safety purposes, only children may wear costumes at this event. Children must also be 12 years of age or younger to participate. Parking is available in the City of Bakersfield's parking garage at 18th Street and Eye Street. Parking is free for 2 hours.
