CZ326 SYD-CAN Flight Travel Requirements

Dear Passengers,

To ensure the safety of passengers, reduce cross-border transmission of Covid-19, the Embassy and Consulate-Generals of China updated the travel requirement of China-bound foreign passengers(May-13-2022). According to requirement of the notice, China Southern Airlines have made changes on health checks for passengers travelling with CZ326 (Sydney - Guangzhou), passengers who travel on this flight are required to follow these instructions.

1. For New South Wales passengers, complete one rapid antigen test with paper report on the same day of boarding.

After May 18st (inclusive), CZ326 (Sydney-Guangzhou) passengers who are from New South Wales should take one rapid antigen test (RAT) on the same day of boarding at a Australian institution, and the paper report should include the institution name, the collecting time and the result. The RAT reports do not need to be uploaded to the Embassy or Consulate-Generals but will be examined by the airlines.

2. For other states passengers, complete one PCR test with report on the same day of boarding.

After May 18st (inclusive), CZ326 (Sydney-Guangzhou) passengers who are not from New South Wales should take one PCR test on the same day of boarding at a Australian institution. Paper report and digital report are both acceptable ( text message result is not acceptable), and the report should include the print name, date of birth, passport number, collection date, test site and negative result. The PCR reports do not need to be uploaded to the Embassy or Consulate-Generals but will be examined by the airlines.

Please prepare the above-mentioned relevant materials when you check-in at the airport, China Southern Airlines staff will verify all required documents upon check-in. According to the "Notice" of the Chinese Embassy in Australia, if you fail to provide the relevant materials, China Southern Airlines has the rights to decline your check in.
