Dentons advises MARK GP Logistics on the acquisition of a logistics asset in Lodz

Dentons advised MARK GP Logistics S.a r.l., acting as a general partner of Crossbay SCSp, on the purchase of the City Logistics Łódź II. The warehouse was acquired from Panattoni Europe, one of the leading developers of warehouse and industrial space in Europe.
City Logistics Łodź II is an A-class building with a total GLA of approx. 38,000 sq. m. suitable for warehousing and light manufacturing. Its perfect location in the heart of the country and within the city, ensures convenient connections with major urban centers, including Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław. The warehousing section features modern space with ground-level access and entry docks. Office space can be flexibly adapted to tenant needs. Like other Panattoni facilities, the City Logistics Łódź II project is certified under BREEAM with a "GOOD" rating.
The transaction supervised by Monika Sitowicz, Partner and Deputy Head of the Real Estate practice in Poland, was led by senior associate Andrzej Włoch and associate Karolina Ostrowska. Associate Zofia Maciejewska provided the client with the transactional support.
