ROHM Red Lasers Available at TTI

Fort Worth, Texas - December 3, 2021 - TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, is now offering the RLD65PZX3 Red Laser from ROHM Semiconductor, an enhanced product offering targeted at industrial applications.

These semiconductor lasers are opto devices, often referred to as laser diodes or LDs. ROHM is one of the industry's largest producer of laser diodes. The RLD65PZX3 family of products include monochrome, coherent and pulse characteristics of laser light. This allows them to be used in optical discs for optical pickups, laser printers, range finders, leveling, gesture control and barcode scanners. More recently, laser diodes have been increasingly used as light sources for ToF (time of flight) and LiDAR, with the development of laser diodes for sensing applications expected to significantly increase. ROHM offers a broad lineup of laser diodes optimized for these uses.
