Weekend Road Closures

TxDOT contractors will be performing a traffic switch/closure this weekend, from Friday, July 8at 9 p.m. to Monday, July 11 at 5 a.m. For the traffic switch, contractors will be performing closure on the I-45 northbound exit ramp for FM 518, northbound entrance ramp from SH 96, and northbound frontage road between FM 518 and SH 96. The full closure details are below:

Location: Total closure of northbound frontage road between FM 518 and Wesley Dr.

Detour: Traffic will continue on to FM 518 using the Wesley Dr. detour

Location: Left lane closure on northbound frontage road between Wesley Dr. and SH 96.

Detour: No detour required. One lane will be active for traffic

Location: Total closure of northbound exit ramp to FM 518

Detour: Traffic will exit on NB exit to SH 96 and continue on NBFR to FM 518

Location: Total closure of northbound entrance ramp from SH 96

Detour: Traffic will continue on to FM 518 using the Wesley Dr. detour. Turn left at FM 518 and then turn right to continue on NBFR. Traffic will enter the mainlane using the entrance ramp from FM 528.
