Hauter bill on pre-authorization abuse passes House

State Representative Bill Hauter (R-Morton) spoke about his bill, HB 4055, which addresses the pre-authorization abuse which oftentimes confronts patients with bleeding disorders. The bill allows those patients to go to their specialty pharmacy rather than to an emergency room for treatment.

The bill passed the House 106-0 and now goes to the Senate.
