Framework to Enhance Clinical Care in Northern Ireland Care Homes - Project Initiation Document

The Rebuilding HSC Services Programme will bring together a number of individual projects/workstreams. This Project Initiation Document (PID) outlines a plan of work to take forward one of these projects whose aim is to develop a new framework for enhancing clinical care within Northern Ireland Care Homes. The project will provide the Rebuilding Health and Social Care (HSC) Services Management Board an assurance that the project has established:

• the required resources can be made available.
• that sufficient initial planning has taken place; and
• an appropriate management structure;
• clear terms of reference.
