E-Plan Review Launching on May 20
Introducing eReview for Permit and Plan Review
As part of the City of Arcadia's overall efforts to streamline business processes and make permitting more efficient and effective, the Development Services Department has added electronic plan review (eReview) to Arcadia EDGE, the City's self-service permitting portal. Arcadia EDGE launched in December 2022 with initial features that included building inspection scheduling for active permits, instantaneous residential solar permits, code violation reporting, and business license payment.
With eReview now added to the platform, applicants can submit plans and applications digitally for review. This includes submittal for new projects, additions to existing residential or non-residential structures, signs, accessory dwelling units, fire sprinkler systems, and more. Applicants can expect advanced features such as digital markup of plans and online payment capabilities, ensuring a more convenient and efficient experience.
