A Public Input Meeting will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on December 13, 2018, at Rugby Memorial Armory. The meeting will utilize an open house format with a formal presentation at 5:30 pm.
The purpose of the Public Input Meeting is to discuss proposed improvements to ND Highway 3 through Rugby. The project consists of constructing a turn lane at the intersection of 66th Street Northeast and ND Highway 3; reconstructing the intersection of 1st Street Northwest and 4th Avenue Southwest; reconstructing 4th Avenue Southwest (ND Highway 3) between 1st Street Northwest and 4th Street Southwest, as well as improving the storm sewer system from 1st Street Northwest to 6th Street Southwest.
The Public Input Meeting will provide opportunity for public input. Representatives from the NDDOT and Brosz Engineering Inc. will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss your concerns.
