Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 1, 2022, certain wholly owned affiliates of Polaris Inc. completed the previously announced sale of the Company's Transamerican Auto Parts business to Wheel Pros, LLC, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of proprietary branded aftermarket vehicle enhancements for light trucks, SUVs, passenger cars and ATVs/UTVs backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.
