The Mayor will join the Trust for Public Land (TPL), the School District of Philadelphia, the Sixers Youth Foundation and elected officials in celebrating the opening of a newly renovated community schoolyard at Olney's James R. Lowell Elementary School.

The Mayor will join ​the Fairmount Park Conservancy, Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, local leaders and the Friends of FDR Park in breaking ground on the new Welcome Center at the Gateway to FDR Park.
