SMD tank crews commence trainings dedicated to driving T-72B3 tanks at Alagyaz high-terrain training ground

Servicemen of the Southern Military District (SMD) have commenced a course dedicated to driving T-72B3 tanks in a mountainous and forested area of Alagyaz training ground in Armenia.

Crews practice manoeuvres at a speed track that contains artificial and natural obstacles.

In addition, servicemen practice moving within a convoy at maximum and minimum speeds, as well as manoeuvres of various levels of difficulty.

The training has involved over 100 servicemen of the SMD, about 40 units of military and special equipment, as well as T-72B3 tanks. The course takes place at Alagyaz high-terrain training ground.
