August 16, 2022

We are so excited to be bringing you a glimpse into this on-campus housing option!

The Koskela Servant Leadership House is a unique living and learning community for female students who are committed to personal growth and servant leadership as a means of building a vibrant and caring community. Located on Quincy Street in Hancock, the Koskela Servant Leadership House offers its residents many benefits, including the perks of living on-campus.

Joining us for this video is house resident Ella Lindgren. Ella is a senior marketing major in FinnU's International College of Business, a work-study with North Wind Books, and even spent her summer working in FinnU's Communications Department as a marketing intern!

About the Koskela Servant Leadership House

The KSLH was founded in 2013 by Rene Johnson and was made possible by multiple donors, many volunteers, the support of the community and a NetVUE (Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education) grant. The first cohorts of the house moved in during the 2014 fall semester, and since then the house has been home to over 20 different residents. New residents are admitted through an application process each spring. Learn more by visiting finlandia.edu/KSLH.
