Sale of Stake in Mead Johnson Nutrition Argentina

Buenos Aires, Argentina - Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("Reckitt") and Argentinean cooperative SanCor are pleased to announce that they reached an agreement with Roemmers Group for the sale of 100% of the shares of Mead Johnson Nutrition Argentina S.A. The sale includes the SanCor Bebé and SanCor Bebé Premium brands in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, as well as the commercialisation of Reckitt's EnfaBebé, Nutramigen and Enfamil brands in those markets for ten years. Nutrition remains a core part of Reckitt's global strategy to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner and healthier world. The cash impact of this transaction is immaterial to Reckitt.
