Stanadyne Appoints Kay Krajewski Global Chief Engineer of Diesel Products

Windsor, Connecticut - October 11, 2021 - Stanadyne, a leading global fuel and air management systems supplier, has appointed Kay Krajewski Global Chief Engineer of Diesel Products.
"Kay is an outstanding addition to our growing team of industry experts focused on enabling clean propulsion through engine innovation," said Stanadyne President and PurePower Technologies Managing Director John Pinson. "Kay will drive the development and launch of diesel, CNG (compressed natural gas), LPG (liquid propane gas), hydrogen, and e-fuel injection systems and components for next-generation internal combustion engines on the road to vehicle electrification."
Krajewski brings 25 years of global engine fuel systems research, design, development, integration, and homologation experience to the company. Prior to joining Stanadyne, Krajewski held technical, product development, project management, system integration, and business development leadership roles for Liebherr, Robert Bosch GmbH, and Siemens VDO / Continental Automotive AG. He began his career with MTU in Friedrichshafen, Germany, where he got his start on single-cylinder engine combustion development and research.

Krajewski holds an engineering degree from the University of Hanover in Hanover, Germany and is a certified Senior Program Manager from the Project Management Institute's Switzerland chapter. He currently resides in Europe with his wife and two daughters and enjoys soccer and other outdoor activities in his free time.
