Interested parties meeting regarding traffic calming on Ridgefield Road, Ridgemont and Highridge Drive to be held Sept. 15

(COLUMBIA, MO)- Ridgefield Road, Ridgemont and Highridge Drive have been identified as streets with traffic operating at speeds that are higher than desirable. The City of Columbia Public Works department has scheduled an informal open house informational meeting concerning a traffic calming project. This meeting will be held Thursday, Sept. 15 from 6 to 7 p.m. in Conference Room 1A in City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.

During the meeting, residents will be able to review design proposals, speak with Public Works staff and fill out a public comment card. Residents can also email comments to [email protected]create new emailusing the attached public comment form or mail them to Columbia Public Works, 701 E. Broadway, Columbia, Mo. 65201. Please include "Ridgefield Road, Ridgemont and Highridge Drive traffic calming" in the subject line of emailed comments.
